After Wedding Day Bridal Sessions

This is who we are at Amelse Photography.

I always tell our couples not to worry one bit about the weather on their Wedding Day. Sherri and I have decades of experience in capturing those pure moments of emotion, rain or shine. The foundation of our photography lies in our love for people and their stories. Every wedding is memorable, because every wedding & couple has their own unique story. I know I sometimes surprise clients with my ability to tell stories from weddings years ago with vivid detail. I even remember everyone’s names!

Speaking of memorable weddings, in these images you will see Holly who married Andres back on January 4th, 2020 (pre-Covid). Anyone who lives in the Region knows that January brings cold & wind- lots of it. Many times in the region, what makes a day memorable is the weather. I simply told Holly and her Mom not to worry, we will make the day a great memory and put Holly in her dress again and get the images in her hometown of Michigan City, Indiana afterward. We waited until October, but oh so worth it.

In the second set of images, Paul & Chelsea had an all outdoor Wedding and reception on a day that experienced 97 degree temperatures, high humidity, and even a brief rainshower. Even though we all melted, nothing could stop the pure joy & fun at the reception.. A week later, out we went to the same location of their Ceremony in Chelsea's Home town at sunset. Magic.
